Frequently asked questions about care for the elderly
We have answered the questions our patients ask us most often.
How often can you visit?
From once a week to several times a day, depending on needs and the prescription. The frequency can change over time.
Do you help with washing every day?
If needed, yes, 7 days a week.
My parent refuses help. What can I do?
This is common. We start gently, respecting their habits and pace, to build trust.
Can you help prevent falls?
We identify risks in the home (rugs, lighting, bathroom) and advise you on useful adjustments and equipment.
Can you also take blood samples?
Yes. We take blood samples at home on prescription, often during a visit that is already planned.
