Frequently asked questions about our home care

We have answered the questions our patients ask us most often.

Call or message us: we take the time to understand your situation. If you already have a medical prescription, we can arrange the first visit very quickly. If not, we explain what to do with your doctor.

Yes, for reimbursed technical care (injections, infusions, blood tests). Some care, such as help with washing, can start without a prescription depending on the situation: call us and we will tell you exactly what applies to you.

Yes. We are INAMI-contracted, which means we charge the official rates and your care is covered by your mutuelle (Belgian health insurance fund). For most patients there is nothing to pay upfront: we bill the mutuelle directly through the third-party payment system (tiers payant).

Rates are set by the INAMI fee schedule and are the same for all contracted providers. We explain clearly what is reimbursed before we start.

We cover Brussels and the surrounding municipalities. Contact us to find out whether we cover your area!

We work 7 days a week, during the day, including weekends and public holidays. Visit times are agreed with you, according to your constraints and medical needs.

Call us: we assess the situation by phone and come if it falls within our remit. In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 immediately: we then take over with your doctor.

Yes. We support end-of-life patients at home, in coordination with their GP and, if needed, a palliative support team.

Call us. The consultation is free and without commitment. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right solution, and if we are not, we will point you to what is.
